aikyam fellows inspire actions on important & urgent needs of the planet and underserved communities.
The Problem
Pressing a button to get milk delivered in 5 minutes is NOT India's biggest problem.
Yet there is a thriving ecosystem and most of our talent and funding goes to building apps just like that.
If you are someone trying to solve a complex problem in education or healthcare for vulnerable, under-served communities, there is hardly any ecosystem for you. Compliances and regulations advise will need 10-15K INR in monthly retainership. CSR Funding is difficult to access unless you have crossed 3 years of operations. You have to pay 1500/day to keep a job posting active on Linkedin to hire a team member.
What we do
Isn't it important to make funding, compliance support, hiring accessible to non profit founders?
That is exactly what aikyam does.
We support the people doing amazing work through a dedicated ecosystem (aikyam Fellows, aikyam jobs, and PATTIC) by providing:
- Visibility & Discoverability: We tell the stories of changemakers so they can be found.
- Fundraising: Asking for money can be incredibly difficult. We mentor founders with tools, frameworks to make fundraising skills more accessible to them.
- Team Building: We help them hire talent through aikyamjobs.org
- Compliance Management: We help answer their questions on compliances through PATTIC.

We do not charge any fee to anyone for any of our services.
